Add aarch64-apple-darwin (Apple Silicon) to release builds

Greetings! 👋 Would you be open to a PR that adds release binaries for Apple Silicon?

Releases only include x86_64-apple-darwin currently. For context, I'm moving away from Homebrew/aqua and other package managers in favor of pulling straight to the source with mise's github backend. 😉

mise ERROR Failed to install github:bootandy/dust@1.2.4: No matching asset found for platform macos-arm64

System: macOS Tahoe 26.2 on Apple M-series (arm64)

Should be a quick fix! (Famous last words.)
