Update Gemfiles? #727
Description
#726 had to add three gems to the gemfiles because they're not going to be included in the standard library in Ruby 3.4. I assume that these gems will actually have to be included as part of Rails at some point, so we should monitor and clean up our gemfiles when Rails indicates its dependencies on the gems.
