Correct the wiki for the session log and the failed-run fix
Two upstream changes landed after these pages were written. Logs moved from
one flat file per run to a per-run session directory, so every page naming a
log path, filename or retention rule was wrong. And a run whose packages
failed is no longer recorded as a success, so the pages describing that as
live behaviour were wrong too.
The exit code is still 0 in that case, so that half of the claim is kept.
Documents the session directory, its structured events and the session
summary, and corrects the retention rule to its two passes.

Write the BootstrapMate for Windows wiki
Twenty-five pages covering the manifest schema, phases, policy and registry
configuration, the CLI, the security model, Autopilot and ESP delivery, the
Cimian handoff, logging and troubleshooting.
Page names match the bootstrapmate-macintosh wiki so an admin who knows one
can navigate the other, and pages say where the two platforms diverge.
Every path, switch, registry value and default is taken from source.
Settings that exist in config, the ADMX or the GUI but are never read by the
CLI are marked as having no effect, and the known issues an admin can hit in
the field are listed on the troubleshooting page rather than left implicit.
