Gathers win/loss stats for Salty Bet.

TODO(in no particular order:

[ ]clean up code [x]code to detect whether salty_stats.json exists and if not, create it [ ]switch from json stats to csv or sqlite [x]docstrings for all the modules/functions etc [ ]remove all instances of regex and replace with the find method [ ] some sort of console for user interactions [ ] a way for the user to access the stats interactively
