improve coverage for fuse.py and hlfuse.py

This is currently at 0% because coverage doesn't track the daemonized borg mount process that deals with the FUSE requests.

Opened PR #9449 to address this.

I updated coverage config so the daemonized borg mount process is tracked too:

• patch = ["subprocess", "_exit"]
• parallel = true
• sigterm = true

This should make coverage from the FUSE serving process count, so fuse.py / hlfuse.py no longer stay at 0%.
CI/Codecov are pending.

I didn’t realize the ticket was already assigned to you.
I was just experimenting with a small change locally.

No problem, sometimes it is good to have 2 different solutions - to choose the better / minimal one.
