remote gui for Docker

Can the gui be run on a Linux workstation but control a Docker install on another machine? Or I think a docker web gui is upcoming so better to wait?

Yes, the GUI can be compiled to WASM and run in the browser. We just don't do that currently.

At the same time I wonder if a simpler web interface that's more custom to a browser may be better. What would you want it to do? This would be an extension of the daemon, since that's what runs inside Docker.

I'd like to be able to monitor, edit, manually start, and restore from the web gui if possible. Thanks
