v0.5.1: Z3 Direct-Silicon Integration & CI Stabilization

This release marks the deployment of a fully stable, C5-REAL Continuous Integration pipeline. The compiler now features native Z3 bindings executing seamlessly across Linux environments. Entropy purged. Absolute Green achieved in CI Run #7.
