docs(v2): Crop the Windows screenshots to the window client area
The v2 wiki screenshots were captured with the Windows 11 window rect,
which includes the invisible 7px resize frame on the left, right and
bottom and the 1px DWM border line, so a strip of the desktop behind the
app was visible around every image. Crop the 13 Windows captures to the
client area (1164x771 / 1164x811); the two macOS captures were already
flattened and are unchanged.

docs(v2): Add the v2 wiki for the next release with macOS pages
Moves the v1.11 rewrite (AI Workspace, MCP server, Pro, screenshots)
that was reverted from the published wiki into a v2/ folder, prefixed
v2- so the pages do not collide with the released ones, and brings it up
to the beta branch: macOS build (Apple Virtualization VMs, install,
licence keys), AI assistant with tools, sandboxes and task queue, the
full MCP tool set, service recipes, snippet sharing, distro packages
and the templates deprecation.

Restore the wiki to the released version
The wiki was rewritten for the beta branch, but beta is not merged and not
released. Nothing it described exists in v1.11.0 — the only build anyone can
install. Verified against the tag: no AI Workspace, no MCP server, no licence
or Pro system, and no remote WSL over SSH.
That meant the public wiki documented a Pro purchase for features a buyer
would not receive, and five of its eight pages covered code nobody has.
Reverted to the last pre-beta state. The beta documentation is preserved on
the `beta` branch of this wiki and can be restored when beta ships — GitHub
renders only the default branch, so it stays written but unpublished.

Drop the retired thank-you claim and spell out that AI features are BYOK
The email-based "Claim Lifetime Pro" card no longer exists in the app, so the
instructions and the screenshot showing it were describing something users
cannot find. The Store install is now the only path to Pro.
Also made the pricing honest about what Pro buys: the four AI assistant
features run on the user's own OpenAI-compatible API key. No AI service is
hosted or included, and buying Pro does not buy AI credits. AI Workspace is
called out separately since those agents run locally in WSL.
Screenshots refreshed against the current build: the licence page (free and
Pro states) and AI Workspace.
