Add Future Work reference page + sidebar section Standalone forward-looking notes covering the unshipped items from the Lab 9 19-phase roadmap (Communities, GDPR/KVKK, anti-abuse hardening, performance load validation, observability), built-but-could extend features, open architectural questions, and stretch ideas. Explicitly flagged as a reference page, not a Final Milestone deliverable; sidebar entry is its own top-level section so it does not get confused with the report sub-sections.

Add Test Plan and Coverage + Project Standards sidebar sections Extracts the Lab 9 acceptance testing strategy, the seven acceptance tests (AT-01 through AT-07), and the data strategy into dedicated wiki pages so they are discoverable from the sidebar instead of buried in the lab report. Adds two new top-level sidebar sections; removes the duplicate Test Plan link from the Final Milestone section.
