No more import of all modules as this can be very slow on certain clusters
Can now turn off the print statement "Defining dimension ..." Not really related to the clean-up of the __init__
Warning messages are only printed if some of the contravariant components are given

This can be useful in the rare case when one have to manually deal with the ghost point of the covariant metric tensor, as derivatives of its elements is used when calculating
G1, G2, G3and the Christoffel symbols.This branch was accidentally branched from
clean_up_init, and I didn't want to rebranch as this is rewriting the history.
