htmlbag (bumped to v0.0.32) now emits a heading outline by default, which
bagme gets for free via RenderPages. Expose SetGenerateOutline(bool) so
callers can suppress it (e.g. for byte-deterministic output) before
rendering. The dependency bumps also pull in the table-cell hyperlink fix
and the page-break-after:avoid orphan fix.
