System tested
Windows 11 Home (10.0.26200), WinLibs GCC 15.2.0 (15.2.0posix-14.0.0-ucrt-r7), RTX 5060 Laptop GPU (NVIDIA 617.42), Intel Core i5-13450HX, 16 GB RAM

What is shown
Fully playable offline. Boots past the startup notice into the menus and song select, and songs play from start to finish.
Picture: correct; runs at the game's 120 FPS cap.
Audio: works and stays in sync with the notes during songs.
Input: works with a controller and with the keyboard (default bindings: L1/R1 = Q/E for ka).
Online: PSN features are unavailable, so the Taiko Music Pass, the PlayStation Store song packs and other online content cannot be used. The menus for them open, but nothing can be bought, streamed or downloaded. The built-in song list is fully playable.
Log: Selected GPU name=NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 Laptop GPU; the run exited normally (exit code 0) when the window was closed.

Current blocker
None for offline play. Online content (Taiko Music Pass, DLC song packs) needs PSN, which AnyPS5 does not provide.
How it was run
Converted with AnyPS5-GUI v1.0.9 using locally built tools (relinker and libs target from the commit above, plus the WinLibs runtime DLLs in libs/).
Unwrapped eboot.bin and the modules in sce_module/, Media/Modules/ and Media/Plugins/ with tools/unwrap_self.py.
Relinked for Windows with --to-intel (Intel CPU).
Started eboot.exe directly, with no environment variables and empty shader caches (first run).
Nothing beyond the usage guide was needed.
