MD blog files don't update unless name is changed.

If you edit a MD file, the new contents do not appear even after bringing the server down and back up.

To force the new contents to appear you have to rename the file.

Presumably PG2 is stashing the original contents somewhere and not updating.

Using simple docker-compose with latest PG2 image.

You should empty the browser cache to load a new md file. No need to rename or restart the server. In firefox windows: Menu/History/Clear recent history... Only need to have 'Temporary cached files and pages' checked.

This does the job as well to reload the web page without browser cache:

• Windows/Linux: Strg + F5 or Shift + F5
• MacOS: Cmd + Shift + R

@kagahd In firefox this wont work for some reason so I use Ctrl+Shift+Del to clear the cache.

the problem is indeed that the browser caches it. Closing this for now.
