Out of scope. arc42 §3.2 records that TLS is terminated by the platform (Render), not in-process — the container serves plain HTTP on the injected $PORT and the platform provides HTTPS at the edge. In-process secure sockets aren't needed for this deployment model. Closing as out of scope.
