Fix after Laravel 5.6 update - forcing to use Laravel 5.5

Craftable is built on top of Laravel 5.5. But installer was incorrectly installing latest Laravel version (currently 5.6). This update is fixing that and it installs Laravel 5.5 like it was supposed to.
