Mission

Refine visual hierarchy, spacing, and component polish across the app.

Improve responsive behavior and interaction states while preserving the OpsNormal design language.

Tighten areas that still felt crowded, flat, or less intentional than the rest of the interface.

Scope

Sector grid: TodayPanel now holds 3 columns at lg and promotes to 5 columns at xl, giving DomainCards better breathing room at 1024-1279 px.

Header: The hero rail is stronger and a hairline divider now separates the title block from HeaderTelemetry.

Telemetry: The horizon uses tighter density, stronger metric dividers, larger value treatment, and a narrower lg label rail.

Action buttons: Hover states gain a subtle edge cue and disabled chrome is more clearly muted.

DomainCard: Internal spacing now follows a cleaner rhythm and cards carry stronger minimum height.

SectionCard: Metadata gains a lg structural divider and alignment treatment.

History grid: Selected-cell treatment and scroll-edge fades are more visible and more on-brand.

Footer: The divider is stronger, copy rhythm is cleaner, and Provenance matches the established eyebrow treatment.

Updated styles for various elements in App component.
