Mission
Elevates the OpsNormal cockpit UI with targeted visual polish. This pass fixes the sector card breakpoint rhythm, simplifies the header lockup, improves history grid scannability, normalizes telemetry tracking, tightens DomainCard spacing, and removes deprecated action-button tone aliases.
Changes
Updated the TodayPanel sector grid so tablet and desktop widths avoid orphaned cards and read as deliberate across 375, 640, 768, 1024, 1280, and 1440 pixel viewports.
Removed the decorative header rail, tightened the mobile title tracking, reduced layered body texture, softened tactical panel corner ticks, and kept the cockpit identity intact through mono type, notches, and restrained accent use.
Added subtle history row zebra treatment for desktop and mobile history paths, preserved selected-row emphasis, and migrated remaining action button usage from deprecated success aliases to canonical emerald tones.
