Coordinator-canary guard issues

All three sub-agents hit a coordinator-canary guard and returned no work, so I’m fixing this directly now: I’ll patch backend + frontend and include a Figma Make prompt from Grapple’s perspective in my handoff.

I seem to get rather random issues with the new Canary Guard feeature; I'm not aware that I have done anything to cause it, but its getting rather annoying (and wastes tokens!).

Anyone got any suggestons to help work out what is causing it!?

Update: Further example showing squad working and then stopping (it's worked through several long sessions today, but fails randomly after a session reset).
