fix: Start worker immediately and add building placement diagnostics#1116

1. Fix delayed entity visibility on map load: - Start worker game loop immediately after spawning entities - Remove the 100ms setTimeout delay before bridge.start() - Entities now appear as soon as renderer is ready 2. Add diagnostic logging for building placement: - Log player type detection (local vs AI) - Log worker assignment success/failure - Log placement validation results - Helps debug AI supply cache placement issues https://claude.ai/code/session_01V4RhCiDvDJ7FmwSPYT74Y7
