Starting from a fresh format and no other change
- esp-rs/xtensa-toolchain@v1.5 version 1.86 -> 1.88 required for new esp-hal and other dependencies - including dtolnay/rust-toolchain components clippy and rustfmt for Check lints and format step All checked locally with https://github.com/nektos/act reporting no Failures to avoid unnecessary triggers
