Check the folder (~/).agents/skills/braintrust/SKILL.md is correctly detected by all agents (claude has a symlink from (~/).claude/skills to (~/).agents/skills.
Also, I think bt setup always downloads the docs even if they have been permanently downloaded before.
The installation folder is always .agent/... in v0.7.1, so the current revamp might be based off wrong assumptions
