README.mdto clarify the project's development state and provide direct links to stable releases for both the desktop app and the VS Code extension.Documentation improvements:
README.mdto indicate that the project is actively developed and that stable releases are available. Added links to the VS Code Marketplace for the extension and to GitHub Releases for the desktop app.
