Build 319: BookOrbit 2.9 support, and Read & Listen finds its place faster

Build 319 is on TestFlight now.

BookOrbit 2.9 can turn password sign-in off and allow SSO only. On such a server the app used to stay signed in with every request failing, and the error blamed Cloudflare. Now, when the server refuses the password, the app signs you out, and the sign-in screen leads with "Sign in with SSO" and hides the username and password rows. Older servers look as before. "Sign in with SSO" still opens BookOrbit's own web sign-in page and adopts that session. BookOrbit only accepts its own redirect address, so a native sign-in isn't possible yet. The request is open upstream.

PDF highlights made in the web reader on 2.9 no longer break Notes or a book's highlight list. They're skipped for now, and showing them is on the list.

Read along: opening the ebook from the read-along panel in a stretch the app hasn't mapped yet now finds the narrator within a moment, instead of giving up after 13 seconds. The panel dims after a few seconds without an anchor and shows "Looking for your place" after twenty. A brief false dim mid-sentence is a known wrinkle, and the fix is in the next build.

If you're on a 2.9 server with SSO only: sign in with a password, wait for the app to sign you out, then sign in with SSO. I'd like to hear how that went, and a dump either way helps. Please update and let me know how it goes.
