Build 323 is on TestFlight

Build 323 is out. Update in TestFlight to get it. Several of these fixes are my best guess at the cause, so I'd like to hear how they work for you.

Read & Listen

• I've reworked how the highlight follows the narration. It should no longer slip backward on a late update, cross into the next chapter at the last paragraph, or dim a sentence while it's read.
• There's a new Prepare Read & Listen page in More. It prepares a book's matching ahead of time so it should open faster, shows where each book stands, and can work overnight while your phone is on the charger.

Request a book

• If your server runs BookOrbit 2.9, you can now request a book from More > Requests and view your requests as they move to your shelf.
• This first step covers asking and viewing. Managing requests (editing, cancelling, approving) comes in a later build.

Fanfic Updates

• Some fics wouldn't download because the app couldn't work out which library to put them in. They should now download to the library you pick in Settings > Archive of Our Own > Fics go to.

Fixes

• The "Newer progress on server" message should no longer stick, and progress should save again. I think a stale server position was blocking your local saves. Reported by @Peaceout32 in "Newer progress on server" message #131.
• Books your server doesn't list should no longer show on the Continue shelf for a few seconds at launch. My best guess is the app wasn't accepting a reset from the server. Reported by @NathanIfinity in [bug] phantom books in continue reading #129.
• In Scrolled layout, swiping down at the top of a chapter should take you back to the end of the previous one. Reported by @Ribero in [Bug] eBook - Navigation between chapters stuck #127.
• Tapping the Continue widget on your Home Screen should no longer pause an audiobook that's already playing. Reported by @seannymurrs in [Bug] Audio pauses when using Home Screen #124.
• Audiobooks can rewind 5, 10 or 15 seconds when you resume after a pause. It's off by default: turn it on in Settings. Requested by @Starker3 in [feature request] Auto rewind on resume from interruption/pause on audiobooks #126.
• Your saved playback speed should apply again after the app restarts.
• iPad: the add-book button is back in the Library in landscape, and Margins should now move the side inset.
• PDF highlights made in the web reader now show in Notes and in the PDF reader.
• Reading sessions should no longer split into fragments when you switch apps.
• I've made changes aimed at a freeze during downloads, memory crashes turning comic pages on iPad, a slow-down on older iPhones, and a crash on SSO sign-in. I can't reproduce all of these myself, so tell me if you still see them.
• Cancelled downloads should be able to retry after the app refreshes its sign-in.
