Build 373: the 1.0 candidate, with a new iPad layout

[briarrrn]

Build 373 is on TestFlight. It's the build I plan to send to the App Store as Apogee 1.0, so if you have an iPad, that's where I'd most like you to try it.

iPad

• Home opens on your latest book over a backdrop made from its cover, with Continue, your Queue and your shelves below. Profile and Customize Home are in the top right.
• Books, authors, series and collections open as floating sheets instead of full pages.
• Library and Browse shelves should fill the screen, and covers keep their own shape instead of being cropped.
• The book page is laid out again: the title sits by the Read button, and community ratings read like the Information row.
• The audiobook player is taller, so the cover and the Read & Listen panel get more room.

Everywhere

• Read & Listen downloads the matching ebook if it isn't on your device yet. On a streamed audiobook it asks to download the audiobook first.
• A book you add to the Queue should now show on the Queue shelf, even if you'd started it.
• On BookOrbit 3.0, Apogee should keep one sign-in instead of starting a new session each time you open it. Reading sessions are labelled as reading, listening or Read Aloud.
• Pause an audiobook and the skip button on the bar becomes an X, so you can put the bar away.
• With a home and a remote address set, sync at home should no longer stall on the remote one.
• A new one-handed tap layout in the reader turns pages with taps at the top and bottom.
• Keep Downloaded should now let go of a book that leaves its collection or scope, after asking.
• In the reader's scrolled mode, the page number and time should no longer print over the text.
• Book Guide is out for now while I rework it.

The full list is in Settings, What's New. Tell me if anything looks off, especially on an iPad in landscape or Split View.
