Build 271: CarPlay fixed up, Read & Listen, and an end-of-book sheet for audiobooks

Build 271 is on TestFlight now.

Read & Listen is the big one, and I want your opinions on it, not just bug reports. For a book you have in both formats, the reader can now follow the audiobook as it plays, holding the narrated paragraph in a band on the page. Start it from the book button in the player, from the reader menu, or from the offer that appears when the book you're reading is already playing. It needs the audiobook downloaded.

After you've read a real chapter or two with it, tell me here: does the band stay on the paragraph being narrated, and if it drifts, does it recover? Did it miss a pair you own in both formats, or offer the wrong book? Name the titles if so, since matching editions is guesswork and real libraries are how it gets tuned. Did the phone get warm? And honestly, would you read this way? What would make you use it more?

CarPlay got a working-over. Cold-launching from the car no longer shows an empty Now Playing card, steering-wheel skips work on single-file audiobooks (they jump by chapter now), and the Chapter scrubber setting reaches the car and the Lock Screen. I don't own a car, so these shipped on tests and the simulator only. If you drive, please try them and tell me your head unit's make and model either way.

Also in this build: finishing an audiobook shows the end-of-book sheet with rating and review, and up next only ever suggests another audiobook. One-tap format switching lives in the player and reader menus. Library scrolling no longer stutters. A crash while listening around a locked screen is fixed.
