Build 278: custom metadata on the book page, fanfic fields on import, series completeness

Build 278 is on TestFlight.

The Read & Listen ask from 277 still stands: if you have a book in both formats, read along with the audiobook and tell me where the page loses the voice. Report a Problem in Settings sends the diagnostics with it.

New in this build: custom metadata fields you define on your BookOrbit server show in a Details section on the book page, and you can edit them in Edit Metadata. A URL field opens in the app's browser. Importing or updating a fic fills in Source URL, Fandom and Chapters from the file, if your library has fields with those names; the app never creates fields, so set them up on the server first. There's a Fanfic page on the wiki with the details. Series pages show how many of the series you've read, and the server's list of missing volumes drives the greyed placeholders. Updating a book you had downloaded drops the old file and downloads the new one.
