Rook v1.5.11 public release.

This release uses the bundled-runtime installer path and supersedes v1.5.10.

Highlights:

  • WebView panel dark/blank bug fixed at the architectural level (RookVision, Chat, Knowledge Graph): a new presentation reconciler detects and self-heals stuck WebView2 renderers, with a suspect-cycle repair on every app refocus. Panels no longer require re-docking to recover.
  • New diagnostics/repair surface: rhino_vision_presentation MCP tool (dump/repair) and RookDumpVisionPresentationState command with a Repair option.
  • Installer hardening: UTF-8-safe configuration handling (fixes failed installs on machines whose Claude config contains non-ASCII characters); existing client configs are never overwritten when unreadable.

Release smoke gates verified on standalone Rhino 8 (net8.0) and Rhino.Inside.Revit 2024 (net48), including a live Chirp LLM component test in Revit-hosted Grasshopper. FFmpeg LGPL source bundle and manifest published alongside per compliance policy.
