Work Operating System

A personal career management system that runs entirely through conversational AI. You talk to Claude Code—Claude handles the documentation, synthesis, and insights.

What This Is

This is your professional operating system. Instead of scattered notes, manual journaling, or forgetting what you shipped last quarter, you have a conversational interface that:

  • Captures your work through natural conversation (monthly logs, check-ins, wins, feedback)
  • Detects patterns automatically (recurring feedback, blind spots, goal drift)
  • Synthesizes insights without manual effort (quarterly reflections, year-in-review)
  • Keeps you aligned between your stated goals and actual work

You never manually edit files. You just talk to Claude.

  • Check-ins: anytime you want
  • 1:1 prep: before manager meetings
  • Win/feedback logging: as things happen

What Makes This Different

Philosophy

  • Consistency beats intensity (monthly > daily that you skip)
  • Evidence > memory (you'll forget your wins)
  • Career management should be conversational, not administrative
