Summary

This PR improves the README documentation for setup-chrome with the following changes:

  • Fixed grammar in the heading and feature list (sets-upsets up, Install and setupInstall and set up)
  • Supported platforms table: Updated with Linux ARM32 and Linux ARM64 columns, showing which version formats are supported on each runner
  • Supported version formats: Converted bullet list to a table with Version format, Example, and Download source columns, linking to Chrome for Testing and Chromium Snapshots respectively

Note

Linux ARM is not supported.

- Fix "sets-up" → "sets up" and "Install and setup" → "Install and set up"
- Move Supported platforms section after Usage
- Add Linux ARM32 and Linux ARM64 columns
- Simplify row labels for readability
