Test of LLM provider setup does not respect provided base URL

Description of the bug

When providing a custom base URL in LLM providers setup, the built-in API-test does not use the provided base URL but is rather using some built-in URLs
therefore the test fails despite the provider is in fact working

Steps to Reproduce

1. open LLM providers in settings
2. add new custom provider
3. provide custom base URL
4. save
5. execute the "Test"

Its the same as in #149 I also noticed for anthropic it does take the URL in the actual agent mode, but it does not for gemini, there the baseurl is not overwritten, so it's a bit confusing. We run most of the things in Vertex incl anthropic, so i cannot use it at all...
