First of all, there is no documentation for this error. Double checked the file_path that should be provided, and it was correct. Passed username and access key also is correct, so I have no idea why the URL is incorrect.

We are using standard call as per documentation on integration with fastlane, in the same lane where fastlane is executed, gym() provides the .ipa file path.

Using the same command with --verbose fastlane logging I see that the REST client returns a 422 HTTP Status Code (Unprocessable Content)
