Note titles with UTF-8 characters result in links not working (404)

I tried to create links to notes that have Greek letters in the title, and then I tried to click the link and faced a 404 popup.
I insert links pointing to notes with Greek names inside a main note. The links are inserted normally, yet when I then press preview and try to click them I get a 404 page.
