PDF export insert extra margin at bottom

Hi Bryntum Support,

I found PDF export feature insert an extra margin at bottom.
The height of the extra margin looks the same as the top tool bar height. So I guess something is wrong for header height calculation.

This may be a minor bug.
But if there's no footer, the extra margin stands out.
So please fix it if it's easy to fix.
