podsecuritypolicy has been removed from kubernetes

helm chart installs a pod security policy manifest but such features has been deprecated in 1.21 and totally removed in 1.25.

the chart can no longer be installed

If this is not configurable via values I would usually use helm with kustomize as post-render.
Via kustomization you are able to modify rendered template quite nicely.
