System.TypeInitializationException

As soon as mod manager opens it displays the error message attached to this post. It then closes. I am not sure what is causing this but any help is appreciated.

There seems to be an invalid character in your user.config file, without seeing the file it's hard to tell if the error is the file or the process that parses it in MA. If you don't have many/any mods installed, you could try deleting MA and then the folder at C:\Users\19375\AppData\Local\ModAssistant and then redownload MA and try setting up again
