Input events will stop working when fired before the map is finished loading

-Description-

Basically, what the title says, you can no longer use the scroll wheel, nor the arrow keys to scan through a map.

-Expected Behavior-

1. Open a map in Beatmapper
2. Go to Beatmap, Lightshow, or Preview. (happens in all of them)
3. Try using the scroll wheel on your mouse or the arrow keys on your keyboard to scan through the map
4. Issue should be apparent.

-Environment-

• App Version: 0.4.2
• Device: Desktop
• OS: Windows
• Browser: Opera GX (Also tried on Microsoft Edge)

Showing video evidence wouldn't give much seeing how you can't physically see me moving my scroll wheel, but the details given should be enough to expose the issue.

the steps you provided here don't give any indication that this behavior is broken, tested this with 3 separate chromium browsers on windows and it's working as described here.

i do know about a related bug that was reported in discord a while back where scroll wheel / arrow key inputs would fail if they were fired before the map finished loading. let me know if that's what you're experiencing since i can land a pretty easy fix for that in the next update, otherwise i'll need more specifics

Oh my god that was the exact issue, I waited for it to load all the way and then starting using the arrow keys and now it works. I'm so used to getting right into it.
