A turn-key terminal workspace built from tools you already trust. The README is the front door — what bothy is, how to install it, and what it touches. These pages are everything that needs more room than a front page should give it.
- Commands — all fifteen, with their flags. Three of them are the ones you will actually type.
- The doctor — how to read a report, what the severities mean, and why a capability can be reported as unavailable rather than broken.
- Installing and verifying — what macOS does to an unsigned binary, and how to check a download came from this repository.
-
Walling off the agent — setting up
bothy confine, the toolbox case, and removing it.
- Swapping parts, and theming — the five slots, using your own tool config instead of bothy's, and the palette.
- Where it runs — which terminals, which stacks, and what is advised but untested.
- What you can depend on — the stability contract, and what it deliberately does not cover.
Every decision is numbered in
docs/decisions.md,
with what was given up and what was refused. The run itself, in order, is
docs/what-happens.md.
