This release supports 2 new targets

• Commodore Vic-20 (in pretty good shape, very usable)
• Atari 2600 (still a WIP, a lot can be done, but the kernels are still in flux somewhat)

Also, a lot of bug fixes, improvements to the core compiler, APIs, etc
