Description
Summary
Fees are hardcoded to 1 Sat. These may change over time as miners seek profitable margins. The default fee model should therefore respond to a actual public policies.
Motivation
Indication from miners that they are considering higher fees.
Description
We should make a LivePolicyFeeModel default so that when change happens, all apps continue to function.
Additional References
We dropped defaults from 10sats/kb to 1 sat/kb a while back. Now we should default to floating it on the policy of the largest miner.
