Feature-first implementation checkpoint for #544/#542/#543 on local 4e9cca5, including main a2a6058. All 24 audited feature families are built, integrated and documented; the refreshed audit checks 74 production references. No known missing production component or source wiring remains in that finite audit.

Fixed the private MySQL verifier to accept both index declaration spellings emitted by our own code. Real pinned MySQL checks accept the correct schema and reject missing and descending indexes. Physical ownership checks, emitted schemas, public APIs and defaults remain unchanged. Native fixtures now account explicitly for the registered journal migration, retain current captured schema bindings, and distinguish production from custom test receipt policies. All original workloads, assertions, isolation and child time limits remain. Generated wallet migration/release documentation is current.

Current local health/lint/format/typecheck and all 40 affected builds pass. The complete original MySQL journal passes all 8 families at source446 in 175.363s, including 24 actual server crashes across READ COMMITTED/REPEATABLE READ. All 9 original MySQL archive families passed at source443 in 117.293s; full SQLite archive recovery passed source438. Those earlier proofs and the 18 native pairs at source436 retain their actual identities. They are not relabeled as full current-head/system qualification.

The original 1 GiB MySQL fixture was OOM-killed (own Docker event/exit137). Both launchers and the exact safety readback now use a bounded 2 GiB allowance; CPU/PID/tmpfs/workload/time controls are unchanged. Archive and journal passes show zero daemon OOM at this allowance; measured headroom and production sizing remain later qualification. The previously authorized browser30% allowance stays applied for later review; Metro remains unresolved, Hermes unchanged.

Per the feature-first wrap request, broader qualification is the next phase: complete covered wallet shards, HTTP/monitor, remaining current native/WAL/platform/fault/performance/consumer/property/conformance/mutation campaigns, then exact-head CI/analyzers and qualified review. All 11 acceptance rows remain OPEN; the full goal is active and the system is not yet merge-ready or production-qualified.193 application commits remain local pending coherent required local qualification. PR569 stays OPEN/DRAFT/UNMERGED, auto-merge OFF. No package/image publication, deployment or funded action. All workers are drained and the own runtime is stopped.

Network-ops checkpoint is committed and pushed/equal at ee3cb77b0ec82ad516b2e20eeb6a5d5c0b680a5b. Evidence: artifacts/ops/ts-stack-544-journal-capture-20261002/status-20261012T095956Z-feature-integration/manifest.json. All 673 recorded owned process groups and 33 controllers are freshly absent; own/default VMs stopped. All365 foreign hashes/untracked members and clean index preserved. No worker continues under this handle. Goal remains active; next turn must acquire a new handle before whole-system qualification.
