Implementation checkpoint on held #569: local head 99159649c5599cd455d0a24f886217820a9990ab includes current main a2a6058361705cb02a30a86a6e07186a8c465d58 and is208 commits ahead of the public head. Source push and hosted qualification remain pending.

Implemented removal of duplicate complete binary schema verification already performed by successful same-call TEXT verification on the actual transaction. The absent-TEXT path still checks binary independently; all fresh family/observer/index/owner checks, data and resource bounds remain. Corrected the existing baseline regression to target the same physical window-progress observer in either supported naming family, preserving missing/altered-definition refusals and exact rollback. Wallet README and source comments are updated. The additive wallet release note and original-generated reference paragraph are committed after the exact BotBoard1015 acknowledgement. Existing wallet clauses, SDK alternatives and all other package entries remain unchanged.

Validation: current source passes health, lint, formatting, typecheck, all40 affected package builds, and all11 tests in the two complete schema regression files (zero failed/pending). The earlier10-pass/1-fail stale-name fixture result is retained. The146 journal successes remain evidence for source457, not relabelled as a current full-system run.

The complete original authenticated repeat diagnostic on source458 failed at540059ms during final inventory after operation207 and incoming-page completion; repeat was not reached. Baseline/prior-import operations consumed302.244s versus6.329s authentication. The new implementation reduces duplicate work, but whole-workflow speedup/completion remains unmeasured. No existing reservation was renewed or limits/corpus reduced.

All24 feature families are accounted for with no known missing source wiring; full runtime feature completeness is not demonstrated. Next: resolve the original authenticated workflow and qualify the complete native/wallet/system/platform/fault/performance/consumer/property/conformance/mutation program, then source push and exact-head CI/analyzers/review. All11 acceptance rows remain OPEN. #569 remains OPEN/DRAFT/UNMERGED with auto-merge off. Own workers and qualification VM are stopped. Goal remains active; no publication, deployment or funded action.
