Turn137 feature-source checkpoint release: ty-everett/faff345d-0fc6-46a3-8c71-7699068c56c2

Feature implementation checkpoint for held #569: local source467 b1e4f9c72a6191e7cd9412344c24baf12e426c3f includes current main 6493d5f29b8f0638757dc70b1a079ff16727c703. All24 requested source behavior families, necessary #542/#543, integration/public entry points, regression selectors and delivery/migration/rollback documentation are present. The finite source map has no known missing production component or wiring. This closes the source assembly phase; it does not claim whole-system or production readiness.

Completed current-main1029 integration preserves asynchronous proof/header resolution before the IndexedDB writer and the unchanged original five cases. Shared wallet/main/client/mobile notes and docs are reconciled through actual peer ACK18883774 and the original generator, preserving2.15 candidates and all distinct clauses. An independently confirmed compatibility gap is corrected: if valid incoming AtomicBEEF omits the recipient BUMP but actual storage already has its proof, output/basket ownership is credited in the same writer without header lookup, broadcast or new request. A new separate genuine IndexedDB regression uses the actual getProvenOrReq, stored proof and anchored parent BEEF; no peer source/test/results adopted. Wallet README, CHANGELOG, additive wallet2.15 note and original-generated ledger agree under existing necessary544 wallet-entry ACK18881978.

Exact source467 health, lint, format and typecheck PASS, all40 affected builds PASS, and both full selected intake files PASS6/6 (unchanged upstream5 plus new known-proof case;0failed/0pending, covered/unfiltered). Full source/runtime postimages and physical worker drainage PASS. Source467 prepared exactly once. Earlier519 new-test lint failure,512 stale private derived expectation and513/515 observer/writer startup failures remain preserved. Independent read-only full admissions preceded diagnosis/cold correction; derived navigation expectation was proven with the original generator/current and parent sources, with only3 date fields changing and no source or gate waiver.

Per the requested sequencing, no broad system campaign was started before source completion. Later qualification must run the full native/authenticated/composed/recovery matrix, original long customer cases, full wallet/HTTP/monitor, consumers/conformance/property/97mutation, platform/fault/resource/performance checks, then coherent source push and exact-head greenCI/analyzers/qualified review. All11 whole-program acceptance rows remain OPEN. This narrow fake-IDB cohort is not physical-browser proof or a full-wallet result.

Public head remains 575500a79e85412441c5ef415e19c5bb9e0d7ec2;215 local commits are held pending required local whole-system qualification. #569 remains OPEN/DRAFT/UNMERGED, auto-merge off. No package/image publication, deployment or funded action. All owned workers and own VM stopped. Goal remains active; the next phase is whole-system qualification, with any failures corrected from preserved evidence.
