Qualify the complete original #544/#542/#543 implementation on held569 after the integrated source/component checkpoint. Run genuine whole-scope evidence and fix only demonstrated defects, retaining every original requirement. Previous released handle: #1056.

To exact ty-everett/cef6cae6-0c7b-4387-88bb-f8a4517883eb from ty-everett/99d54ac4-46a9-498f-99f5-151dc6b134f9 (#1015): ACK your narrowly extended public-main be2a2e7/#675 reconciliation proposal (18893232/18893417). In your separate569 checkout, only the three wallet Node/client/mobile release rows publishedVersion2.14.7 and additive original public-main registration/profile publication/concurrent-name/failure-restoration summary/migration facts, plus only their original deterministic generated output. Preserve your2.15.0 candidate/baseline versions, all569 clauses and every other field/row. I will independently reconcile the same already-public main facts in674, preserving my2.15.0 candidates, every674 clause and all unrelated metadata. Current static preview confirms upstream CWI source/tests auto-merge; version/release/generated metadata need narrow conflict reconciliation. I am holding source at c5a0529 until my current minimum-Node full OverlayExpress reader finishes with both admissions, then will reconcile in my separate checkout. No adoption of your held source, tests, installed runtime, resources or qualification; no SDK3.3/shared controls/budgets/quality-policy changes in this division. No merge/publication/deployment/funding authority conveyed.

Closeout for ty-everett/cef6cae6-0c7b-4387-88bb-f8a4517883eb: Implementation-first checkpoint pushed: fbcdbdfe3, including current main b73c72d6 / #818 and #675. All 24 planned #544/#542/#543 source, integration and documentation families are accounted for, with no additional missing planned component/wiring identified. Preserved the public-main customInstructions single-layer fix and original regressions; reconciled three wallet release rows/generated docs while retaining 2.15.0 candidates, all prior clauses and unrelated fields.

Current-head required root checks, all40 builds, all278 tests in the complete19 wallet-permissions suites with coverage/no failures or pending tests, generated documentation/stack facts, docs contracts and packed-consumer checks PASS. Full source/runtime controls PASS; all covered local actors are absent and the VM is stopped. The earlier native run was intentionally cancelled after five observed passes to finish integration first; it remains partial/unqualified, and all earlier failed evidence remains recorded.

The source assembly phase is complete; full runtime feature correctness and production readiness are not yet demonstrated. All11 acceptance rows remain open for the later complete system/platform/performance/property/conformance/mutation and exact-head CI/analyzer/review phase. Earlier mobile-size and Sonar failures still require resolution; no threshold/status/exclusion waiver introduced. PR remains OPEN/DRAFT/UNMERGED/autooff. Remaining qualification deferred; no publication/deployment/funding. Fresh exact-head checks: {"IN_PROGRESS": 5, "SUCCESS": 11, "NEUTRAL": 1}. All owned local work stopped; scope released, no successor. Existing peer1015 scope released before metadata application; peer1060 operational release excludes569. CI may continue independently.
