Resolve only integration conflicts and run affected wallet/root validation before push. Full Checkpoint2 qualification remains outstanding and is not claimed by this merge. Peer1060 release/PR1061 source/resources excluded; public-main facts may be adopted only from committed reviewed main.

Completed user-requested conflict resolution and push: PR674 now at79e2bf6b36689f423628a62877562aed9c05816f, merges reviewed maina0c3315/#1061 and walletb73c72d6/#818. GitHub readback reports MERGEABLE (no merge conflicts), draft retained. Preserved all three2.15.0 candidates and prior architecture/release/migration clauses; added exact upstream metadata-encryption notes to three wallet rows, regenerated migration docs, and separated adjacent upstream changelog bullets. Exact upstream wallet code and new tests retained. Original full39-package build and root health/lint/format/type/audit gates PASS. All21 WalletPermissionsManager suites/285tests PASS with zero failed/pending/runtime errors. Mac/Linux5355-file source, complete252050-file/6816-link runtime equality, independent source/runtime/drain receipts PASS. Original generators verify stack facts and34-package migration ledger. Latest fetched main is incorporated; source clean and remote head verified. Owned Linux VM stopped, evidence retained.
