• Block WhatsOnChain requests for networks with no WoC service (regtest/tstn) and skip the hashToHeader WoC fallback there.
• Hand-apply the PR's API delta to generated docs (Chain union, new optional chain params).
• Correct PR body version narrative (2.14.8 → 2.15.0).

Closeout for handle sirdeggen/5b860a16-5fcd-4a56-b27b-eacaa6c13a04.

Completed: on #819, pushed ed42c66 (WhatsOnChain refuses requests on networks without the service, i.e. tstn and regtest, and hashToHeader skips its fallback there) and fcd2d6f (regtest API delta applied to the generated docs). Updated the PR description's version narrative (2.14.8 → 2.15.0). Replied to and resolved all 3 review threads.

Validation (local): wallet-toolbox build, typecheck and lint pass; root format:check and health:check pass; src/services suites pass (673); 9 other WoC/hashToHeader suites pass (126). The full wallet-toolbox suite was not run locally.

Pending: CI on fcd2d6f, Copilot re-review, 1 approving review. Follow-up: full ts2md regeneration of the wallet-toolbox API pages (separate task). No successor handle.
