Continue closed handle #1092 and draft PR #1093. Investigate false foreground BEEF verification, and implement durable automatic reconciliation of ambiguous faucet funding without duplicate grants. Read-only operational investigation; validate root-cause claims independently. Scope excludes unrelated regtest, reorg transport, rejection lifecycle and generic cleanup work.

Closing this turn with draft PR #1093 updated to 1bc8b6a. Automatic recovery correlates retained signed funding, validates exact output/ancestry/roots/scripts, and resumes only the existing txid; confirmed-only admin recovery remains available. Bounded processAction diagnostics preserve proof gates and provider error identity.

Validation: WAB 25 suites / 229 tests; serial full Toolbox 301 suites / 3,322 tests plus final 13 diagnostic regressions; client/mobile 22/46 tests; build/lint/type/artifact/property/docs/health checks pass. Exact-head hosted CI run 38801609133 passed on attempt 1: 40 successful checks and six expected affected-work skips. Hosted patch coverage 100% (28/28), zero open CodeQL PR alerts, zero unresolved Sonar issues/hotspots, no review threads. Superseded coverage/setup failures remain recorded; no gate was weakened.

Remaining: qualified maintainer review and normal release/deployment; actual acceptance for an external preserved local registration requires workstation access. Historical provider responses were unavailable, so the precise original verification trigger is unproven. No publication, deployment, live grant, external row update or external-client recovery occurred. No successor; scope released.
