Completed warranted same-digest WAB registry and trusted-Git receipt fixes, then corrected native programme measurement to supply its documented dedicated actual readonly export reader. The serving pool stays at one connection; the separate reader is also limited to one. Both are measured and drained. New native proof passes12assertions for foreground read/write, coherent old view, clone refusal and reader revocation. Current root4/all40 builds,61CI contracts,126stream/schema cases,8installer cases, facts/docs and packed consumers pass. One native case passes with four others selected out; no full native file or programme credit.

The new oracle's wrong basket field was corrected to established basketId; its failed sample remains. The first current packed-consumer installer stalled beyond its own timeout; only that confirmed owned temporary process was stopped, its failure remains, and one clean original-command check passes on the same526/F267. All original source/runtime/postimage checks and actual process/container/sleep-inhibitor drains pass. The owned VM is stopped, shared context/default VM are unchanged and peer resources are untouched. Operational checkpoint records are committed and pushed.

Preserved524 full-body evidence: import/verification/cutover returns in18m25s with foregroundp95about2.8ms and ownRSSgrowthabout130MiB, but the original120second phase verdict fails and export then exposes the wrong shared-pool integration.526hasfocused correction proof; the complete corrected body and comparable full performance/foreground matrix remain required.
