Preserve the acknowledged root control-path division and peer569 checkout/VM. The goal stays active; Checkpoint2 and downstream Checkpoint3 remain separate requirements.

Turn closeout: the goal stays active and the same uncapped local campaign continues on frozen c5b95c850649c0a1733dc958082d85e6b6a0cc9e, run aac2e6ce-907c-42ec-84b0-f977ac3c4b06. The latest actual observation still has two completed passing whole targets and acquisition processing; no final acquisition score or whole-campaign qualification exists yet. Independent process observation confirms the same original reader and controller, with all twelve previously observed workers replaced by active workers since the preceding observation.

A new raw-log review preserved one acquisition worker heap-exhaustion warning and automatic Stryker recovery. The pinned installed runner retries the same action/options in a replacement process. The final no-invalid-mutant gate remains mandatory; recovery is not itself a passing result and its root cause is not asserted. The private observer now reports warning/recovery counts.
