Implementation and qualification checkpoint pushed to PR #569 at 1b07d29c70e74bd378334ec9ce130a863ff88900, including main 8ac593927dfe4d3f7faed0e73bff5cbc364c8b3e. Keep #569 open, draft and unmerged, with auto-merge off. The full #544/#542/#543 goal remains active; all eleven acceptance rows remain open. No production or merge-readiness claim.

Temporary index operations retain actual ownership, lifetime, cancellation and complete physical checks without redundant native SQL. Native range reads, index issuance and final callback completion retain source/schema validation. The same old/fixed oracle records 310/0 SQL queries and 10/0 schema traversals. Actual source-change/readback rejection and cancellation/physical cleanup pass. Exact-head validation passes all four root checks, all 40 builds, 61 CI contracts, all 81 native/current/TEXT cases (zero selected out), 126 stream/schema cases, eight installer cases, explicit types, docs, packed consumers and all original pre/postimage and drainage controls. The same original checkpoint case records 24,025/8,029 SQL queries; this is component evidence.

The original parent529 matrix records 11 passes, two large-import expiry failures and zero selected out; all seven HTTP cases pass. A separate 219.7-second large-import diagnostic does not erase those failures or qualify source530. Genuine sustained foreground mutations and remote unchanged-copy quiescence remain unproved. Final-source whole/native/platform/fault/recovery/consumer/provider/property/mutation/conformance/artifact validation, measured budgets, warranted analyzer remediation, successful current CI and qualified review remain. Current530 CI is pending; the last completed Sonar529 analysis is ERROR with 3,123 findings. The private policy memo is review-only. No gates, profiles, statuses, baselines, shared mutation runners, target identities, seeds or scores changed. Separate startup observer779 and pre-case admission781 failures are retained.

Network-ops master 5f229fb800ee6ee372178c7a2f4699232a605c69 is pushed and equal to origin/master. Dossiers and checkpoint status-20261017T122045Z-index-qualification-checkpoint are committed; PR body and owned status comment are updated and verified. All owned process/container/sleep-inhibitor groups drained, and the qualification VM is stopped. Peer resources, default VM, shared Docker context and six unrelated Ops files are preserved. No merge, publication, deployment or funding. This turn's temporary handle is released; unfinished #569 program ownership remains recorded on the held PR.
